Brickson Diamond has been an expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) long before it became a top priority for philanthropy. Tides is partnering with Bowie State University to build the pipeline of future social change leaders. The historically Black university launched a philanthropy fellowship program to support its student body in learning about the business of philanthropy and gaining the experience necessary to serve as leaders in nonprofit management.
